How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. If you're having trouble, email
support@meetley.com.
I didn't receive my OTP verification code.
Check your phone signal and make sure you entered the correct number. Wait 60 seconds and try resending. If it still doesn't arrive, email
support@meetley.com with your phone number and country code.
How do I report a user or event?
Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on any profile or event and select "Report." You can also email
safety@meetley.com directly with details.
Is Meetley available on iOS?
We're currently Android-only. iOS is coming soon — follow us or check back on the homepage for updates.
How do I create an event or trip?
After logging in, tap the + button on the Events or Trips tab. Fill in the details, set a location, and publish. Others near you will be able to discover and join.
