You can request deletion of your Meetley account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do that directly from the app, and what happens to your data once you proceed.
Account deletion is built directly into the Meetley app. Follow these steps:
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from Meetley's servers:
Your data is permanently deleted from our active systems immediately upon account deletion. Certain anonymised or aggregated records (such as event attendance counts) may be retained for up to 30 days in backup systems before being fully purged. No personally identifiable information is retained after this period.
Paid events
If you have active paid events as a host, you must resolve them before your account can be deleted. Please contact support if you need assistance.
Deactivate your account
In Settings → Account Management, you can also choose Deactivate Account. This hides your profile from other users without permanently deleting your data. You can reactivate at any time by logging back in.
